Before your appointment with Dr Jalland, you will need to complete an Registration form, and you may need a Medical Release Request form or a Results Request form. This will ensure we receive all relevant information for your appointment.
Fees
Initial consultation: $205
Review consultation: $100
Other procedures, such as Mirena/IUCD insertions and/or removal, colposcopy etc, performed during the consultation, may attract additional fees. Please speak to the Practice Manager prior to the appointment for further clarification of costs or refer to the FAQ.
